GM Footy 0161 is going to head on a Football Manager 20 adventure because... we're pretty bored tbh.
The game will use an altered Football Manager 20 database.
It will contain all English leagues and teams up until tier 13.
It will include RB Manchester. A newly created team that will follow the 'RB' ideology of taking a team from the lower reaches of the English football pyramid to the Premier League.
AFC Bury, a team formed by Bury FC fans, will be involved after being set up in August 2020.
Bury FC will start in Manchester Football Premier League. They will have all the attributes of Bury FC and will play at Gigg Lane. They will be randomly assigned a group of tier 7- tier 10 players to help them recover. How will they compete with AFC Bury.
Macclesfield will start off in the National League, despite being liquidated in real life. They will start the game with no players and no money so will face almost certain relegation. Can Macclesfield recover?
The Football Manager Cup. A new competition for every team in the UK. Each round will have 2 legs.
The British and Irish Champions League. Another UK wide based competition, this will 16 teams from the higher reaches of all the top divisions in the UK and Ireland,
A Northern Cup. A new competition for most of the Northern Teams in Football Manager 20.
A Southern Cup. A new competition for most of the Southern Teams in Football Manager 20.
The UEFA Europa Conference League. A competition loosely based on the newly formed UEFA Conference League. It will contain 2 random teams from 16 European leagues.
Most of the transfers up until October 2020 will be included but there might be a few missed out. We will have the In-Game editor activated so can make appropriate changes when needed.
